Perfectly located just a quick walk from Kyoto Station. The staff promptly assisted with luggage delivery to my next hotel, which I really appreciated. The room had a comfortable bed and a mini fridge that was convenient for drinks. The onsen experience was a unique highlight. However, I found the room quite small, which limited space for movement and made it tough to manage luggage. The check-in time at 3 PM felt rigid, especially after a long travel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the room size and inflexible check-in were bothersome points.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful.
I found the room to be exceedingly small, which made my stay rather uncomfortable. The bathroom was particularly cramped, making basic tasks feel awkward and difficult. Additionally, it was frustrating that I had to wait until exactly 3 PM to check in, despite my arrival when the room appeared to be ready.

I stayed for 5 nights to explore Kyoto's rich history. The room, while compact, had a comfy bed and a nice bathtub that filled up quickly, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The public bath was a fantastic experience. it was such a treat to relax there. Being just minutes from the station made it super easy to get to various attractions like Nijo Castle and the Kyoto National Museum. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site laundry, even if I had to plan my washing around the busy hours.

The room was small but had everything I needed, including a comfy bed and good water pressure in the bathroom. I loved the mini fridge and kettle for my drinks. The location was super convenient, just a quick walk from Kyoto Station. However, it felt a bit pricier for such a compact space.

Family with children delight
The staff was top-notch, giving us a free upgrade to a room with a killer view of the tower! The breakfast had so many options, we all found something we liked, really made our mornings special.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering what we got, it was acceptable.
